What are investigators focusing on at the crash scene?
National Legal Analyst Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal, noted that "It's terrifying how a split second of confusion at a light can change your life forever. Drivers often accelerate through a stale green light, and that extra speed is usually the biggest factor in how bad the injuries are."
How common are crashes involving disregarded stop signs?
Attorney Bond added, "When a driver fails to obey a traffic sign, it fundamentally alters the expected flow of traffic and can lead to devastating consequences for innocent motorists. Ensuring all evidence is properly collected and analyzed is paramount to understanding what happened."
