Francisco Fonseca Razo, 47, of Reedley, died March 12, 2026, in a head-on motorcycle crash on Reed Avenue near Annadale Avenue in Minkler, authorities said. The crash happened at approximately 6 a.m. A Lexus sedan traveling south on Reed Avenue tried to pass another vehicle, according to the California Highway Patrol. The Lexus entered the northbound lanes and hit Razo, who was riding a motorcycle north, authorities said. Rescuers pronounced Razo dead at the scene. The California Highway Patrol is investigating the crash.
