What caused the SUVs to strike the utility pole on Central Avenue?

National Legal Analyst Stefano Formica, Of Bond Legal, noted that "In car accidents involving multiple vehicles and fixed objects, accident reconstructionists must carefully analyze skid marks, point of impact, and electronic data to establish exactly which driver's actions caused the crash."

According to the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, there were over 100,000 traffic crashes resulting in personal injury or death across the state in a single recent year.

What are the legal rights of the injured Subaru passenger?

Individuals involved in car accidents may have legal options. Consulting a personal injury attorney can help clarify rights and potential claims.

New York personal injury and wrongful death claims

Victims and families must handle strict filing deadlines to preserve their rights. In New York, the statute of limitations generally provides three years to file a personal injury lawsuit and two years from the date of death to file a wrongful death claim. Prompt preservation of evidence, including vehicle data and witness statements, is essential for building a strong case against the responsible insurance policies.
