Kevin Blaylock Jr. Killed in Del City Bicycle Accident
The 37-year-old was struck by a driver who was subsequently arrested on a fatality charge
Kevin Blaylock Jr., 37, was killed in a bicycle crash near Southeast 24th Street and South Sunnylane Road in Del City, Oklahoma, early Friday, according to the Del City Police Department.
Phillip Langley, 38, was arrested and booked into the Oklahoma County Jail on a charge of causing a death accident without a valid driver's license. Investigators determined the driver was operating the vehicle illegally at the time of the collision. After striking the cyclist, the car continued off the road and crashed into a nearby light pole. Officers pronounced Blaylock dead at the scene.
