A 17-year-old driver was arrested following the fatal weekend collision on San Marin Drive
Nico Vargas, a high school student from Rohnert Park, was killed and four other teenagers were severely injured in a suspected DUI car crash on San Marin Drive near Simmons Lane in Novato on Saturday, according to the Novato Police Department.
