Xavier Joshua Strunk Killed in St. Pete Motorcycle Accident
The Pinellas Park resident died after a pickup truck failed to yield the right of way at 21st Avenue North
Xavier Joshua Strunk, 22, of Pinellas Park, was killed in a motorcycle crash at 21st Avenue North and Tyrone Boulevard North in St. Petersburg on June 2, according to police.
A white Ford F-150 pickup truck traveling eastbound attempted to make a left turn and crossed into the path of a southbound black and gray Suzuki GSX-R600, investigators said. The truck driver failed to yield the right of way, causing the collision.
Strunk was taken to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
The driver of the Ford remained at the scene and is cooperating with investigators.
The crash remains under investigation.
