What are the rights of injured passengers in Oregon?

Serving as an advocate, an attorney can help guide an injury victim through what can be a complicated process."
Establishing liability requires a thorough review of physical evidence, including tire marks, vehicle damage, and electronic data recorders. This information helps confirm whether excessive speed or other negligent actions directly caused the passenger's injuries.
