How common are failure-to-yield crashes in Clackamas County?

Intersection collisions driven by a failure to yield remain a persistent issue across the region. When drivers disregard traffic signals, the resulting side-impact collisions frequently cause severe trauma to passengers seated on the side of the impact. National Legal Analyst Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal. "Injured victims involved in a collision often seek a personal injury claim to cover the cost of various expenses. Insurance companies can be notoriously unconcerned with the mounting costs that an injured party may accrue. An attorney can help. We protect the victims of these tragedies daily, forcing the insurance companies to pay for their mistakes."

Authorities will review physical evidence from the corner of Highway 99E and South Barlow Road to determine the exact sequence of events.
