One driver was hospitalized after a pickup truck and a Rutherford County school bus collided in Murfreesboro, according to the Murfreesboro Fire Rescue Department. The crash occurred on Manchester Pike at Fieldstone Drive. Emergency crews briefly closed one lane of Manchester Pike as they cleared the scene. Authorities said neither the students on the bus nor the bus driver suffered injuries. The driver of the pickup truck was taken to a local hospital for treatment. After the crash, students were safely transferred to another bus.
