Virginia Lynn Driscoll Killed in Livermore Car Accident
The 58-year-old Walnut Creek resident died after a two-vehicle collision on Vasco Road
Virginia Lynn Driscoll, 58, of Walnut Creek, was killed in a two-vehicle crash at Vasco Road and Old Vasco Road in unincorporated Livermore on May 7, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Paramedics transported Driscoll, the sole occupant of a northbound Chevrolet Cobalt, to a local hospital with serious injuries following the 11:20 p.m. collision. Investigators determined a GMC Canyon pickup was making a left turn onto the southbound lanes when the vehicles collided.
Driscoll was pronounced dead just after midnight on May 8. The occupants of the pickup truck were taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the California Highway Patrol.
