Candice Bond, Managing Partner at Bond Legal, noted that "I've seen riders survive purely because their bike had modern safety features. Anti-lock braking systems on motorcycles reduce the risk of a fatal crash by over thirty percent, yet many don't have them."
Washington law allows families of fatal motorcycle accident victims to seek a wrongful death claim to recover damages for funeral costs, loss of income, and emotional distress. An attorney can help preserve evidence and ensure the family’s rights are protected during the legal process.
