Where the Highway Patrol Review Stands
The State Highway Patrol described its findings so far as preliminary. Troopers have not announced any charges. No other details about the driver or the vehicle have been released.
Police usually wait to release the names of the people involved until their families have been told. That is why names often come out a day or more later.
